The journal allows blue open access to its contents. International Journal of Surgery and Medicine (Int J Surg Med) is dedicated to publishing reports on all aspects of surgery and medicine. The journal is one of the fastest communication journals and articles are published online within short time after acceptance of manuscripts. The types of articles accepted include original articles, review articles, point of technique. It is published bimonthly and accepted manuscripts in English. The Publication plans (MD, PhD)  are valid for both journals.

Article processing charges:

The Article Processing Charges (APC) will be billed to the corresponding author upon acceptance of the article. There is no fee for submission of the article. Authors are required to pay standard Article Processing Charges as mentioned below:

Student plan:

1 accepted article = 100 EUR (The publication will be ready up to 10 days after acceptance.)

1 accepted article + fast-track service = 130 EUR (The publication will be ready up to 24 hours after acceptance.)

MD plan:

3 accepted articles = 180 EUR 

PhD plan:

5 accepted articles = 300 EUR
